Data & Risk Disclaimer

Important information about the nature, sources and limitations of the data presented on Roundhouse, and about the risks of digital assets and blockchain transactions.

Effective 5 August 2026

This Data & Risk Disclaimer (this "Disclaimer") applies to the website at https://www.roundhouse.studio, including its subdomains, APIs and agent-readable surfaces (the "Site"), and to the dashboards, data feeds, profiles, statistics, APIs, playground, app builder, facilitator services and related services made available through the Site (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Roundhouse AI Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("Roundhouse", "we", "us").

This Disclaimer is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and should be read together with them and with the other documents listed on our legal hub. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge and accept the matters set out below.

1. Informational purposes only

All information made available through the Services — including flow-of-funds feeds, agent profiles, merchant and service profiles, facilitator pages, network statistics, trust scores and similar signals, search results, API and SQL query responses, AI-generated outputs and any other data, content or material — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is a technical presentation of records observed on public blockchains and of related publicly available or third-party information, together with signals that we derive from those records.

None of that information is directed at, or tailored to, your particular circumstances, objectives or needs. It may be revised, supplemented, restated or withdrawn from time to time without notice, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

2. No advice

Nothing on the Services constitutes, or should be construed as, financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing on the Services is an offer, solicitation, inducement or recommendation to buy, sell, hold or otherwise deal in any Digital Asset (as defined below), to use any wallet, protocol, agent, merchant or service, or to enter into any transaction. Roundhouse provides software and information services only, and nothing in the Services is an offer of regulated financial services of any kind.

Roundhouse does not know your financial situation, risk tolerance or legal position and does not assess the suitability of anything appearing on the Services for you. If you require advice on any matter, you should consult a suitably qualified and, where applicable, licensed professional in your own jurisdiction before acting.

3. No endorsement or recommendation

The Services index publicly observable activity on an automated and neutral basis. The inclusion, indexing, listing or profiling of any agent, merchant, service, facilitator, wallet, token or protocol on the Services is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, approval or verification of that entity or asset by Roundhouse, and does not imply any relationship between Roundhouse and that entity.

Trust scores and comparable signals shown on the Services are informational indicators computed algorithmically from public data. They are not a certification of identity, safety, solvency, legality or good conduct, they may rest on incomplete or incorrect attribution, and they may change without notice. A high score is not an assurance that dealing with an entity is safe, and a low or absent score is not an allegation of wrongdoing.

4. Data sources and accuracy

Where the data comes from

The data presented on the Services derives primarily from public blockchain networks — in particular x402-protocol settlement activity, chiefly USDC stablecoin transfers on Base and other EVM-compatible chains — and from third-party sources such as ENS name records, ERC-8004 identity registry records, published facilitator information and other public materials. Roundhouse does not originate the underlying records and does not control those sources.

Probabilistic attribution

Entity attribution on the Services is probabilistic. We associate wallet addresses with named agents, merchants, services and facilitators using name records, registry entries and heuristics. Any such attribution may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong: a wallet may be attributed to the wrong entity, a single entity may operate many wallets, and pseudonymous actors may present as entities they are not.

Inherent limitations

  • Indexing may lag on-chain activity, and coverage varies by chain, protocol and period.
  • Blockchains can reorganise, so records that appeared final may be revised or disappear, and figures, aggregates and statistics may be restated from time to time.
  • Third-party sources on which we rely may themselves be inaccurate, incomplete, stale or manipulated.
  • Values displayed in or converted between currencies or assets are indicative only and may not reflect any price at which a transaction could actually occur.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL DATA, SCORES, PROFILES, FEEDS, STATISTICS AND OTHER CONTENT ON THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, AND ROUNDHOUSE MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AS TO THEIR ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS OR RELIABILITY, OR THAT THEY ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5. Digital-asset risks

In this Disclaimer, "Digital Assets" has the meaning given in our Terms of Service: cryptocurrencies, stablecoins (such as USDC) and other blockchain-based tokens. Dealing in Digital Assets, and transacting with parties surfaced through the Services, involves significant risk, including without limitation:

  • Volatility and loss of value. The value of Digital Assets can fluctuate sharply, and stablecoins may fail to hold their intended value. You may lose the entire value of any Digital Assets you hold or spend.
  • Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A transfer made in error, to the wrong address, or induced by fraud generally cannot be reversed, cancelled or recovered, and Roundhouse has no ability to reverse, block or recover any on-chain transfer.
  • Smart-contract and protocol risk. Smart contracts, tokens, bridges and blockchain protocols may contain bugs or vulnerabilities, may be exploited, and may behave in unexpected ways; networks may suffer congestion, forks, reorganisations or outages.
  • Key and wallet risk. You alone control your wallets and private keys. Loss or compromise of a key typically means permanent loss of the associated assets.
  • Counterparty risk. Many participants in the autonomous-agent economy are pseudonymous or automated. A counterparty may fail to deliver what was paid for, and you may have limited or no practical recourse.
  • Regulatory risk. The legal and regulatory treatment of Digital Assets, stablecoins and automated agents is evolving and differs across jurisdictions. Rules may change, and activity that is permitted today may become restricted. You are responsible for ensuring your own use is lawful where you are.

You should not deal in Digital Assets, or transact with any party you discover through the Services, unless you understand these risks and are able to bear the loss of the entire amount involved.

6. Our role and its limits

Roundhouse provides software and information services. It is non-custodial: it never holds user funds or private keys, and users transact peer-to-peer on public blockchains using their own wallets. Roundhouse is not a bank, custodian, exchange, broker, dealer, money transmitter, investment adviser or licensed payment service provider, and it does not hold itself out as any of these.

Roundhouse is not licensed, approved or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore or any other financial regulator, and does not hold itself out as being so. When you use the Services you do not receive the protections that apply to customers of licensed payment service providers, including safeguarding of customer money, deposit insurance, or access to statutory dispute-resolution schemes.

Where users publish files, APIs or apps behind an x402 paywall through the Services, payments flow directly from the buyer's wallet to the publisher's own wallet. Roundhouse is not a party to those transactions, does not act for either side, and is not responsible for the content, quality, delivery, legality or fitness of anything a publisher offers or a buyer purchases.

The x402 facilitator service is a technical service: it verifies payment authorisations and, at a party's request, submits settlement transactions to a blockchain as a relayer. Roundhouse does not guarantee that any verification is correct, that any settlement will be broadcast, included in a block, confirmed or achieve any particular outcome, or that a facilitated payment will result in the counterparty performing its side of a transaction. Network conditions, fees and the conduct of third parties are outside our control.

7. Experimental and AI features

Parts of the Services are experimental — including the AI SQL playground, AI-assisted app generation, trial API keys and other features we may label or treat as beta or preview. We may change, limit or withdraw any such feature from time to time without notice.

Outputs generated by artificial-intelligence features — including generated SQL, generated apps and code, summaries and explanations — are produced automatically and are provided as-is. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unsafe or unfit for your purpose. You must review, test and validate any AI-generated output before relying on it, executing it or exposing it to others, and you are solely responsible for any use you make of such outputs.

8. Independent verification; use at your own risk

Before relying on anything you see on the Services — before sending a payment, extending trust to an agent or merchant, integrating an API, publishing an app, or making any commercial, financial or legal decision — you should independently verify the relevant facts against the underlying blockchain records and other primary sources, and satisfy yourself of the identity and reliability of any counterparty.

Your use of the Services, and any reliance you place on any data, score, profile, feed, statistic or output made available through them, is entirely at your own risk.

9. Relationship to the Terms of Service

This Disclaimer forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service, which govern your access to and use of the Services and contain, among other things, the applicable warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute-resolution provisions. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or restricts any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. We may update this Disclaimer from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site; the effective date shown above is the date of the version you are reading.
